Key Responsibilities

As a senior data scientist, you will learn, implement and productionize state of the art deep learning and other machine learning models. You will conduct hands-on research on EEG data, interpret the results and extract insights. The work will include analysis of features and statistical properties extracted from the EEG in order to detect drifts and trigger actions if machine-learning models become obsolete. Together with other R&D team members, you will create a continuous training infrastructure that automates retraining when new data are collected. 

As a mentor for junior R&D members, you will enforce best practices through code reviews and knowledge sharing. Asensus Surgical is currently seeking an Algorithm Developer to join our growing Israel R&D center.  We are looking for an MSC/PHD student level algorithm developer to join our R&D team developing the next generation of vision-assisted robotics in the operating room.

This role will develop efficient computer vision algorithms to incorporate into the Senhance robotic system software platform.
