AI & Data Training Lead

Infinity Labs R&D is hiring an experienced AI & Data Training Lead to help shape the next generation of AI engineers.
This is a high-impact role combining technical leadership, mentorship, development, and industry engagement – ideal for someone who enjoys both building real-world ML systems and guiding others.

What You’ll Do
▪️ Lead hands-on Data Science & ML programs with strong engineering standards
▪️Mentor students through real-world implementation challenges
▪️Design internal AI/ML tools and data infrastructure
▪️Represent our student's AI capabilities in technical discussions with hiring partners
▪️Help shape the direction of AI training and internal projects

What We’re Looking For
▪️5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience
▪️Strong understanding of modern ML systems and production challenges
▪️Deep expertise in at least one AI domain (CV, NLP, Classical ML, GenAI, etc.)
▪️Strong communication skills and leadership mindset
Nice to have: MLOps experience, Generative AI / LLM systems.
