Job description:
We are seeking a Head of Data Science to lead our data science group, define and execute our AI and data strategy, and serve as the primary technical and strategic authority for data-driven initiatives across the company. This role combines team leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and business-level strategic influence. Required Qualifications:
- Energetic, self-driven individual passionate in developing data science solutions.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 7 years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience leading data science or major AI initiatives, including mentoring, hiring, and setting technical directions.
- Strong hands-on expertise in machine learning, deep learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering workflows.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating with product, engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical insights into clear business recommendations.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mother-tongue English level.
- Background in the medical domain and particularly neuroscience.
- Experience with clinical data and regulated industries.

We are offering a full-time position. Our offices are located in Manof, northern district (Misgav).
