Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and mentor a dynamic team of data scientists, MLOps specialists, and data engineers, nurturing their professional growth.
*Oversee the research, development and production of over 30 groundbreaking projects utilizing Clalit's structured and unstructured data.
*Ascertain high standards of methodological rigor in advanced medical research and AI product development.
*Foster collaborations with the research and innovation ecosystem-tech, pharma and Academia local and global leaders.

Qualifications:
*Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related filed.
*5+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning and AI model development.
*3+ years in managerial roles with a proven track record.
*In-depth knowhow in Data Science methodologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Large Language Models.
*Experience in developing and optimizing advanced Generative AI systems, particularly with Large Language Models.
*Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
*Proficiency in bio-statistics, epidemiology and Causal Inference – an advantage.
*Exceptional organizational, managerial, and communication skills.
*Experience in healthcare or life sciences is highly desirable.
*Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
