Months after our Seed round, backed by top tier VCs, we have a first product version live, paying clients, and more market demand than we can satisfy.

Role Description

We’re hiring our first Machine Learning Lead to drive the development of our core models and data-driven product capabilities. Our product heavily depends on, and already employs the current state of the art in agentic flows and code-LLMs.

You’ll work closely with the CTO and CEO who have both built and lead data science heavy products and collaborate with customers to shape the product from its earliest stages. This is the first applied research role on the team, offering an opportunity to have a massive impact in our zero-to-one journey, designing and implementing scalable models that will define the trajectory of the product and company.

As we grow, this role offers clear opportunities to expand your responsibilities, building and leading a larger research function and stepping into broader leadership as the company scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building machine learning based products (tabular data science, algo engineering, computer vision, NLP, applied scientist/researcher roles etc.)
• Exact science degree from a leading university.
• MSc with emphasis on machine learning or equivalent experience (other STEM or a tenure in an equivalent research environment) – a strong plus.
• Proven experience in software engineering – a strong plus.
• Management or technical leadership experience – a strong plus.
• Experience with LLMs/NLP – a plus.
• Prior startup experience – a plus.
