ML Researcher

Machine Learning Researcher

We’re looking for candidates who thrive in tackling complex, high-uncertainty challenges and can think beyond standard approaches.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a Machine Learning Researcher who excels in solving complex, non-standard problems in environments with high uncertainty and low signal-to-noise ratios. You will work at the intersection of AI, neuroscience, and physiological data, developing cutting-edge models that push the boundaries of brain-based AI. This role requires creativity, deep technical expertise, and a passion for pioneering new machine learning approaches where traditional methods fall short.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to analyze brain (EEG, neuroimaging) and physiological data (ECG, GSR, etc.).
  • Engage with state-of-the-art AI research to train foundation scale models.
  • Prototype, experiment, and optimize model architectures for real-world applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including neuroscientists, hardware engineers, and operations, to integrate ML models into practical solutions.
  • Design and execute experiments to validate AI models against empirical data.
  • Present and explain research findings internally and externally.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of one of Israel’s most innovative multi-disciplinary companies, working at the forefront of AI and neuroscience.
  • Collaborate with world-class experts in machine learning, neuroscience, and hardware development.
  • Tackle cutting-edge challenges with real-world impact on brain and physiological research.
  • Enjoy a flexible work culture: four days in the office, one day remote.
  • Accelerate your career by working on groundbreaking, high-impact projects that redefine the future of AI.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning, particularly deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with expertise in data science and ML libraries.
  •      Demonstrated experience in training models using self supervised learning.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • (Bonus) Experience with signal processing techniques, particularly time-series data.
  • A strong theoretical foundation in statistical modeling, probability, and optimization, with experience applying these concepts to real-world machine learning problems.

Our offices are in central Tel Aviv next to the light rail station.
