Job Description
The Land division of Elbit Systems provides integrated solutions to the defense sector, and is a major part in ensuring the safety of Israeli citizens and defense forces. At the AI and Algorithms Group we develop cutting edge algorithms for a wide range of systems, from autonomous vehicles to drones and more. We tackle problems in the areas of 3D-perception, computer-vision and decision-making, using Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning methods.
We are looking for an experienced algorithm developer to join the Decision-Making team, take part in developing algorithms for various projects such as autonomous ground and aerial vehicles, decision support systems and more.
Responsibilities
- Develop decision-making algorithms for various platforms and projects, from concept to deployment
- Take part in R&D projects to develop the next generation of decision-making methods
- Develop algorithmic infrastructure to enable production grade algorithm development
Requirements
- MSc\PhD in CS\EE\Related field, with a relevant thesis (preferably RL)
- 3 years of experience developing decision-making algorithms (preferably decision-making)
- Strong knowledge in Reinforcement Learning
- Highly proficient in Python
- Solid knowledge in Deep Learning and PyTorch
- Good understanding of dynamical systems (advantage)
- Knowledge of planning algorithms and combinatorial optimization (advantage)
