About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our initiatives in leveraging large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and advanced embedding techniques. This role involves developing and fine-tuning AI-driven agents to enhance our data processing and analytics capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative validation and verification algorithms for Agentic RAG and Embedding models.
- Continuously research and apply the latest advancements in machine learning and AI.
- Oversee new AI product features development from customer requirements to delivery.
- Support customers and the R&D team in a wide range of algorithmic challenges, from statistical analysis, through classic ML to state of the art Gen AI.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in LLMs, RAG, and embedding models with a solid foundation in AI and ML.
- Hands-on experience in designing and building AI agents.
- Strong programming skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas effectively.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role with at least 2 years focusing on LLMs, RAG, and embedding technologies.
