We are looking for Junior data scientist- huge opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Develop statistical and Machine learning prediction sports models end to end until production.
- Engineer and leverage years of historical sports data assets
- Implement sports models pricing engines in Python.
- Test and ensure model accuracy through automatic tests.
- Bring Innovations and act as a source of knowledge.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production.
Qualifications
- Masters, or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field – Must.
- 4+ years of experience in data science, quantitative modeling, statistical analysis.
- Understanding of predictive modeling, regressions, classic machine-learning models, clustering, and classification techniques.
- Expert in Python with a focus on performance-driven techniques and optimization.
- Understanding of engineering principles: OOP, Kubernetes
- Similar Industry experience (fintech, algo-trading, sport betting).
