Algorithm Team Leader

As a Team Leader on the Bidding Strategies Algo team in our TLV Office, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how Advertisers bid in real-time auctions at massive scale. You will lead the optimization of our existing bidding strategies and the design of new ones, formulating bidding problems mathematically, applying control-theoretic methods, and analyzing the complex dynamics of a closed-loop. By guiding team members and partnering closely with engineering, you’ll turn theoretical insights into robust production solutions. Your work will directly influence advertiser ROI efficiency across thousands of advertisers.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Advanced academic training (MSc/PhD) with strong grounding in applied mathematics, optimization, control theory, or a related quantitative field
• Strong Algorithmic Problem-Solving Experience (6+ years), and 2+ years of Managerial or Technical Leadership Experience
• Production-Grade Algorithm Engineering Experience
• Experience Driving Measurable Business Impact Through Algorithmic Improvements
• Experience interfacing effectively with engineering teams to deliver complex algorithms into production
• Experience leveraging agent-based coding tools to accelerate development, experimentation, and code quality
