Senior Data Scientist
Equinom is a food-tech company developing data-driven solutions for ingredient and crop functionality, working with complex, real-world production data at the intersection of data science and biology.
What you’ll do
- Processing, cleaning, and preparing data from various sources, including unstructured data
- Developing models and solutions for complex real-world problems
- Leading end-to-end processes – from the planning stage to production deployment
- Working with advanced Python tools for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and more)
- Integrating solutions into existing production environments
- Working independently while meeting goals and collaborating with cross-functional teams
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science / Engineering / Physics or a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with an emphasis on working with tabular data
- Full proficiency in Python and Data Science libraries
- Experience developing production-level code and familiarity with best practices
- Strong statistical knowledge and high analytical capabilities
- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL, cloud environments, and code management
- Ability to learn independently and quickly adapt to new domains
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
