Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

Attendee Cancellations

– Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date will receive a full refund, minus a 50 ILS    administrative fee.

– Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or less before the event.

– Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no cost up until 7 days before the event. Please contact us to process any transfers.

– All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Event Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone the event:

– All tickets will be fully refunded if MDLI cancels the event.

– If the event is postponed, tickets will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement of the new date.

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, or public health emergencies. Our liability in such cases will be limited to refunding ticket prices as outlined above.
